Andre Corbould is the Senior Advisor at Integrated Strategic Partners. He was the City of Edmonton City Manager from January 2021 until April 2024. Under his leadership, the City implemented the visionary City Plan, actioned many pandemic and economic recovery efforts, as well as wildfire support for thousands of evacuees taking refuge in Edmonton.  He also led efforts to deal with mental health and its impact on downtowns, community safety, homelessness and city livability.

With more than four decades as a public servant, Andre brings significant leadership experience building high-performing teams and community coalitions. He held several senior executive roles with the Government of Alberta, including Deputy Minister of six different Departments (Municipal Affairs, Transportation, Labour, Environment and Parks, Agriculture and Forestry and Education).  While with the Canadian Forces, he commanded teams on domestic assignments and in support of international efforts in Iraq, Kuwait, East Timor, Bosnia, and Afghanistan.  He retired from the military as a Brigadier General after leading the Land Component for Security Operations at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and then deploying for 14 months to Afghanistan as the Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), conducting North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) operations in Southern Afghanistan.

Andre has an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, and masters degrees in both management and defence & international policy. Andre and his family enjoy skiing, camping, fly fishing, and hiking.  Go Oilers!
