Ariana serves as Senior Advisor, Policy and Planning at CUI, contributing to research and policy initiatives that help organizations navigate complex urban challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. Ariana has worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in Canada for more than 15 years, bringing together expertise in community engagement, planning, and strategic communications. Her work has spanned a wide range of issue areas — from housing and urban design to climate resilience, economic development, and placemaking. Most recently, she led community engagement, communications, and social impact for a purpose-driven real estate developer in Toronto. Before that, Ariana spent close to nine years at CUI, directing research and planning initiatives across a wide range of urban policy areas. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
