Nick Hanson is an award-winning researcher, writer, and educator. With more than a dozen articles in academic publications and the popular press, he’s been referenced by The Globe and Mail, Maclean’s, and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. For more than a decade, Nick served as a university professor, where his research and teaching activities focused on public engagement, cultural policy, and arts education. As a communications specialist, he’s created media campaigns for venture-funded companies, edited newsletters for industry-leading thought leaders, and delivered storytelling workshops for audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Through the journey of living in ten cities across four Canadian provinces, Nick developed a deep appreciation for projects that celebrate community and inclusivity.
